About

Salvi Haus Studio is two people: a developer who builds the games, and a business manager who handles everything else. There are no employees. The studio can support four games at once because AI agents do most of the production work under the developer's direction, and the studio is organized around directing them well.

The human decides what each game is, what ships next, and whether the work is good. The agents implement systems, write content, fix bugs, and draft posts like the ones on this site. A person reviews everything before it goes out.

Much of our engineering time goes into the delegation workflows themselves: specifying tasks precisely enough for agents to do them, and building the checks that let us trust the results. We publish what we learn in devlogs about the games and case studies about the workflows, including the failures.

The games are browser-first, written in TypeScript, and distributed through Discord and the open web without installs. They're at different stages of development, and the status labels on each game page reflect that plainly.

The best place to reach us is the studio Discord, one server for all four games. Code lives at github.com/s4lvi. (Email contact coming soon.)
